2. Drink Water

Most people don’t realize how dehydrated they are when they wake up. Remember, you’ve gone all night without drinking! By having a glass of water first thing in the morning you’ll ensure that you are adequately hydrated to kickstart your day.

3. Get Your Blood Pumping

Exercise. Doing 25-30 minutes of exercise in the morning gets the blood flowing and keeps you healthy. Studies also show that doing this produces endorphins, which keeps you feeling great throughout the day.

4. Stretch

If you stretch in the morning every day, you will be boosting the oxygen to your tissues, improving your mobility and making you feel more youthful. Stretching will also reduce your risk of injuries, keeping you healthy.

5. Listen To Classical Music

Did you know that listening to classical music can improve your creativity? Not to mention put you in a good, productive mood to start the day. A simple 15 minutes of listening will suffice. Try it!
